Dear First name, Beautiful Essence of Being,
It is truly a joy to connect with you again. As Spring is upon us, I trust that your unfolding journey through 2026 has been rich with insight, movement, and sacred evolution.
Whether you have been navigating profound shifts — releasing old patterns, perceptions, and densities — or experiencing expanded states of joy, clarity, celebration, and higher-frequency living, and all the sacred spaces that exist between those experiences, please know this:
I honor you.
I honor your courage to remain present within each NOW moment.
I honor the unseen work of transformation that often happens beneath the surface.
I honor the devotion it takes to walk a path of remembering wholeness within a world that has long taught separation.
To journey inward, to gently unlearn inherited layers of separateness woven through psyche, senses, conditioning, and even ancestral and genetic memory, is an act of profound strength and sacred bravery.
You are not alone in this unfolding.
I see you.
I feel you.
I honor you.
What follows below are Living Wisdom Reflections — transmissions that bridge earlier teachings with the evolving LIVING field that continues to emerge through my work, my writings, and my own lived embodiment. My intention is that these reflections meet you wherever you are on your path and offer resonance, affirmation, and gentle illumination along your journey of remembrance.
With deep reverence and gratitude for your presence in this shared field of remembering wholeness,
Terri Akaya Malek

Living Wisdom Reflections
LIVING Reflection 1 — The Origin of Knowing
There has always been a quiet language moving through me — a language that does not arrive through logic or analysis, but through direct remembrance.
In earlier years, I called this intuition. Today, I recognize it as resonance with the Living Field itself — the place where knowing arises before thought forms around it.
Knowing is not something we learn.
It is something we uncover as we soften into our natural state of listening.
The LIVING Foundation is built upon this remembrance:
That wisdom is already present within every being, waiting only for space, stillness, and trust to be felt.
LIVING Reflection 2 — Walking Between Worlds
As a child, I experienced life simultaneously through visible reality and unseen energetic dimensions. For many years, this created a sense of separation — of living in multiple worlds without language to bridge them.
Today, I understand that this was not fragmentation.
It was preparation.
Many people are now rediscovering that they, too, live between worlds:
The tangible and the intuitive
The structured and the mystical
The human and the infinite
The LIVING work invites individuals to stop choosing between worlds and instead become the bridge where both/all can exist in harmony, as ONE. To LIVE in wholeness, rather than separation.
LIVING Reflection 3 — Healing as Sacred Integration
Healing is not something I view as fixing, correcting, or repairing.
Healing is the sacred remembering of WHOLENESS.
What I once described as connecting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies now reveals itself as the reunion of fragmented awareness returning to unity.
When we heal, we are not becoming something new.
We are dissolving what has obscured what has always been WHOLE.
This is the heartbeat of LIVING Wisdom.
LIVING Reflection 4 — When Mind and Heart Become One Voice
The greatest transformation occurs when the voice of the mind and the wisdom of the heart no longer compete for authority.
The mind organizes experience.
The heart remembers truth.
In the LIVING field, coherence emerges when both are honored as sacred collaborators.
Alignment is not silence of the mind.
Alignment is orchestration — where thought becomes service to deeper knowing rather than its gatekeeper.
LIVING Reflection 5 — The Multidimensional Human Experience
What is often described through the language of seven energetic bodies lives within me as a living awareness of human multidimensionality.
We are not layered beings in hierarchy.
We are harmonic expressions of consciousness unfolding simultaneously.
Our physical form anchors us to Earth.
Our mental and emotional fields translate experience.
Our spiritual essence holds continuity with Source itself.
The LIVING Foundation recognizes human beings as living constellations of awareness — constantly communicating between form and formlessness, as both, as one.
LIVING Reflection 6 — Energy as the Language of Life
Energy is not something we possess.
Energy is the movement of LIFE expressing itself through us.
Every thought, emotion, and sensation becomes part of an ongoing conversation between our inner landscape and the greater field of existence.
When we become conscious of our energetic participation in life, we step into co-creation rather than unconscious reaction.
This is the shift from survival into LIVING.
LIVING Reflection 7 — Love and Fear as Evolutionary Teachers
Earlier in my journey, I spoke of love and fear as vibrational opposites.
Today, I experience them as evolutionary teachers.
Fear reveals where consciousness has forgotten its vastness.
Love reveals where consciousness has remembered its unity.
Both serve awakening when held with compassion rather than judgment.
The LIVING path is not about eliminating fear.
It is about expanding awareness so deeply that fear naturally dissolves into understanding.
LIVING Reflection 8 — Emotion as Sacred Movement
Emotion is the body’s poetry.
It is energy asking to be witnessed, expressed, and allowed to complete its natural cycle of movement.
When emotion is suppressed, it crystallizes into stagnation.
When emotion is allowed to flow, it becomes transformation.
In the LIVING field, emotional awareness is not weakness.
It is the doorway through which soul intelligence communicates with the human experience.
LIVING Reflection 9 — The Liberation of Beliefs
Beliefs are not enemies.
They are inherited stories waiting to be consciously rewritten.
Many beliefs live beneath awareness, quietly shaping perception and behavior. LIVING work does not attempt to erase these stories. Instead, it invites gentle illumination.
When beliefs are brought into the light of awareness, they naturally soften.
And in that softening, choice becomes possible again.
Freedom begins where unconscious belief ends.
LIVING Reflection 10 — Acceptance as Alchemy
Acceptance is often misunderstood as resignation.
True acceptance is transformation through allowing, through presence.
When we allow experiences to be seen without resistance, their energetic hold dissolves. The pain becomes wisdom. The wound becomes initiation.
Acceptance does not erase the past.
It liberates the future.
LIVING Reflection 11 — From Victimhood to Sacred Authorship
Every life holds chapters of hardship, confusion, and loss. These experiences are not signs of failure; they are invitations into authorship.
When we define ourselves through suffering, we unknowingly continue writing that story. When we recognize suffering as part of our initiation, we begin writing consciously.
The LIVING path invites everyone to step from victim into visionary — from reaction into authorship of their soul’s expression.
LIVING Reflection 12 — Intuition as Collective Human Inheritance
Intuition is not a gift given to a few.
It is a birthright encoded within every human being.
What differs is not presence of intuition, but willingness to listen to it.
In the LIVING Foundation, intuition is nurtured through stillness, curiosity, and self-trust. As individuals reconnect with intuitive awareness, they begin to navigate life through inner guidance rather than external validation.
LIVING Reflection 13 — Guidance Beyond the Visible
Throughout my journey, guidance has often arrived as subtle transmissions of knowing rather than external conversation.
Today, I understand this as participation in the greater field of consciousness where wisdom flows through many forms — nature, synchronicity, dreams, silence, and energetic resonance.
Guidance is rarely loud.
It is most often felt in the quiet spaces between thoughts.
LIVING Reflection 14 — Beyond the Guru Paradigm
The LIVING path dissolves hierarchy within spiritual development.
No one stands above another on the path of remembrance.
We walk beside each other as mirrors, catalysts, and companions. Every teacher remains a student. Every student carries teachings within them.
The LIVING Foundation is not built on authority.
It is built on shared awakening.
LIVING Reflection 15 — Energetic Environment and Sacred Community
Human beings are profoundly influenced by the energetic environments they inhabit.
Community, relationships, and physical spaces become living ecosystems that either nourish or diminish vitality.
The LIVING vision honors the creation of environments — both physical and relational — that support authenticity, safety, expansion, and truth expression.
Sacred community becomes not a structure, but a living field where individuals remember themselves more fully through connection.
P.S. Stay tuned for more reveal of the LIVING Foundation.
